???? How to Get Support Using WhatsApp

You don’t always have to log in to the portal to get help. Our system allows you to get full support directly through WhatsApp. You can create tickets, reply to existing ones, and even send attachments — all from your WhatsApp chat.

This guide explains everything in simple words so you know exactly how to use it.

✅ Who Can Use WhatsApp Support?

You can use WhatsApp support if:

  • You are messaging from the same phone number registered in your client account

  • You have a valid service subscription (for ticket creation and replies depending on your plan rules)

If your plan is expired or you’ve reached your ticket limit, you may not be able to continue — and the system will clearly inform you.

🆕 Creating Support Tickets via WhatsApp

You can easily start a new support request through WhatsApp.

✔️ To Create a New Ticket

Start your message with:

new: your message here

Example:

new: I am facing an issue with my service, it keeps disconnecting.

This will always create a fresh new ticket, even if you already have another ticket open.

Perfect when you want to:

  • Start a brand-new issue

  • Report something unrelated to your previous ticket

🎯 Replying to a Specific Ticket on WhatsApp

If you already have a ticket and want to send a response to it, you can target it directly.

✔️ To Reply to Ticket by Number

Use this format:

900: your message here

Example:

900: The issue is happening again, please check.

Replace 900 with your real ticket number.

This ensures your message goes to the correct ticket — especially useful if you have multiple tickets.

↩️ Simply Replying to WhatsApp Messages

If you use WhatsApp’s built-in reply feature on one of our messages, you do not need to type new: or ticket numbers.

Just reply to the message normally and the system automatically links your reply to the correct ticket.

Very simple. Very smooth.

🤖 What Happens If You Send a Message Without Commands?

If you just type a normal message (without new: or ticketNumber:):

  • The system will first check your latest WhatsApp ticket

  • If not found, it checks your last open ticket

  • If still nothing is found, it may create a new ticket automatically

So don’t worry — your message will always find its place.

📨 How You Receive Replies From Us

When we respond to your support ticket:

  • Our reply comes directly to your WhatsApp

  • The ticket stays connected to your number automatically

  • You can continue replying using ticket number or message reply

No login required unless needed.

📎 Sending Attachments & Media on WhatsApp

You can send:

  • Images 📸

  • Videos 🎥

  • Audio / Voice Notes 🎙️

  • Documents 📄

If allowed by settings, they are automatically:

  • Saved to your ticket

  • Available for our support team to review

  • Shown in your ticket with previews or download links

This helps us understand your problem better.

❗ Important Notes

  • If you see messages like:

    • “You must have an active subscription”

    • “You have reached your ticket limit”

It means your plan has expired or you’ve used all allowed tickets.

  • WhatsApp support follows the same rules as the client portal support.
