Ticket Creation Rules

Rule 1: One Ticket = One Issue

Each ticket should focus on a single, specific issue or request.

Why?

This allows our team to track, prioritize, and resolve each concern more efficiently without confusion or delays.

Examples of Proper Tickets:

✅ “Please change the button text on the signup page from ‘Register Now’ to ‘Create Account’.”

✅ “Update the color scheme of the dashboard sidebar to match our new branding.”

Examples of Improper Tickets:

❌ “Fix the signup page and also change the dashboard widgets.”

❌ “Update all pages with new layout and fix some user profile bugs.”

If you have multiple unrelated issues, please create separate ticket.

Additional Tips

Be clear and concise.

Mention relevant pages or sections (e.g., "Signup Page", "User Dashboard").

If possible, include screenshots or links.

For bugs, describe how to reproduce the issue.
